About Ernesto's Mexican Restaurant

 Combining his love of people and food, Ernesto Cruz has worked in restaurants since his high school days in Colorado. An unexpected stop brought him to Washington, Missouri. Ernesto fell in love with the friendly people and atmosphere so much he decided to make it his new home! In 2012, Ernesto got a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to own and operate his own Mexican restaurant. The already well-known and beloved waiter became a business owner, and Ernesto's Mexican Restaurant was born! 

 At Ernesto’s, we are all about family, fun, and the best Mexican food and Margaritas in the Midwest! Ernesto and his wife, Jodi, are committed to creating a place where everyone feels like a part of their family. 

Our team of dedicated chefs, waiters, and waitresses, some of which have been with us since the beginning, strive to provide a great time and great food for all customers.
